BY VISITING WWW.ALYSSARISLEY.COM, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.

The Alyssa Risley website and all of the included and associated content herein are protected by US Copyright Law and various intellectual property laws. Modification, copying, or sharing of any content constitutes a breach of this Copyright.

All Photoshop Action Packs, Guides, Templates, Contracts, and Digital Products created and distributed by Alyssa Risley are protected under US Copyright Law. They are not to be redistributed, copied, or resold in any form. Violators of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

By purchasing Alyssa Risley’s Photoshop Action Packs, Guides, Contracts, Templates, and/or all other Digital Products, you acknowledge that you may use these items only for personal use or limited professional use within reason. You do not gain ownership, nor can you claim Alyssa Risley’s products as your own upon purchasing.

You are not allowed to modify, alter, share, sell, transfer, copy or gift the right to use these products and packs to any other person. Products and purchased downloads should for no reason be uploaded or posted to the internet in any form. Posting a link to download any of Alyssa Risley’s digitally purchased products is a felony and will result in prosecution there of.

Products and downloads my only be installed on a computer owned directly and solely by the purchaser. The images enhanced with the Photoshop Action Packs may only be used for personal or limited professional projects, not to be published as Photographer’s or Retoucher’s “Own Work.” Upon potential publication, credit and acknowledgement to Alyssa Risley MUST be given. Any products or images given to a client or distributed in any manner must be in a non-editable format as a finished file.

It is expected that the purchaser will backup any and all downloaded products into an external storage device at their own discretion. Alyssa Risley is not responsible for lost files for any reason, but may be open to re-issuing the product once provided with a valid receipt of purchase and also upon further explanation. Alyssa Risley is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss/damages arising from the use of her products in whatever form.

All digital sales and downloads are FINAL. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there are issues completing or installing downloads, please contact Alyssa immediately to obtain further assistance and have the issue resolved. Any issues with installation not reported within 5 business days of purchase are void and are not required to be resolved.

Alyssa Risley reserves the right to modify or add to the Terms of Service Agreement at any point in time.

By completing a purchase of a digital product on Alyssarisley.com, you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to ALL Terms of Service listed above.
