Hallows Eve in Hawaii

Halloween in collaboration with Urban Outfitters Hawaii!! I've never done a spooky theme night shoot, and I loved the idea of creating some really dark and unique Halloween content for the UOHawaii team.

I pulled together an entire UO wardrobe of gold, dark, orange, black, and sparkly tones, in addition to some really fun twinkle lights, a pumpkin, some spider webs, and a candle (cuz you can't have spooky without candlelight!) Playing with shooting in the dark glow of the evening light with no flash proved to be a challenging but unique new experience. Katie and I made use of every light source we could think of, (yes the candle and twinkle lights) and these ultra giant porch lights we found in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Perhaps not so much Hawaii, but the result was definitely nothing short of moody and definitely perfect for some much needed holiday content.
